Trump's New Health Update After Saying He's 'Not Maybe Heaven-Bound'

Donald Trumpseems to still be worried about whether he will enter heaven. In August, the president, who has often embraced his supporters' perception of him as a kind of messiah, called his friends on Fox & Friends after meeting with the Ukrainian president.Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other international leaders to the White House to talk about the continuing conflict with Russia, and admitted what is driving him to facilitate peace negotiations: making sure he can enter the heavenly gates after he passes away.

It was an unusual moment of introspection from the former reality TV personality, who has always been known for holding his ground and never acknowledging any fault, even in the face of his most severe transgressions over the past ten years and more. He is certainly not someone who tends to mock himself or confront his own mortality. Yet, his entry into heaven seems to be troubling him, and now he believes there might be no possibility at all.

His latest heaven comments

After traveling to Israel following a U.S.-mediated truce in Israel's conflict with Palestine, Trump admitted that addressing this issue was another of his attempts to gain entry into heaven, though he remains uncertain if it was successful. While speaking to reporters on Air Force One, he remarked: "I'm being a bit playful. I don't think anything is going to get me into heaven," and continued: "I think I might not be headed for heaven... I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to heaven, but I've improved life for many people."

His other heaven comments

During a call with Fox & Friends in August, discussing Ukraine and Russia, Trump stated: "If I can prevent 7,000 people from being killed each week, that's quite impressive," followed by admitting: "I'd like to attempt to reach heaven, if possible."

He then went as far as to acknowledge: "I'm hearing that I'm not performing well. I am truly at the bottom of the hierarchy," and added: "But if I can reach heaven, this will be one of the reasons." Returning to his usual demeanor, he boasted about supposedly saving "many lives in India and Pakistan" during their conflict, referring to the May 2025 clash between the two nations triggered by a terrorist attack in Indian-administered Kashmir that resulted in 26 fatalities.

Trump's health

Earlier this month, Trump's doctor verified that he had gotten both a COVID-19 booster and his flu vaccine, as noted by his own Secretary of Health and Human ServicesRobert F. Kennedy Jr. has moved away from advising. Furthermore, in a different departure from his typical behavior, in July, Trump agreed to provide rare information about his health—particularly, while most news coverage of him focused on his connection with the late sex traffickerJeffrey Epstein— following the noticeable swelling in his ankles that caused worry.

Following a "thorough evaluation, including diagnostic vascular tests" conducted by the White House Medical Unit, according to his Press SecretaryKaroline Leavitt, he was diagnosed with "chronic venous insufficiency, ICD-9, a prevalent condition, especially among people over the age of 70," according to a note from his doctor,Capt. Sean Barbabella.

The report stated there was "no evidence of deep vein thrombosis or arterial disease," and that Trump's laboratory results were "within normal ranges." Additionally, he had an echocardiogram, which showed "no indications of heart failure, kidney damage, or overall systemic illness," she mentioned.
